Inbetriebnahme von Dampfturbinen und deren Nebenanlagen:

• Kontrolle und Justierung der Messsensorik inklusive Alarmisierung und Schutzabschaltungen
  
• Überprüfung der Antriebe wie z.B. Pumpen, Motoren,Drehvorichtung, etc
  
• Reinigung der Ölsysteme durch Spülung bis zum Erreichen der Reinheitsklasse nach ISO 4406 oder der Spezifikation der Hersteller
  
• Reinigung des Kühlwassersystems durch Spülung der Kühlwasseranlage bis zum Erreichen der Reinheitsempfehlung des Herstellers
• Reinigung des Kondensatsystems durch Spülung der Anlage bis zum Erreichen der Reinheitsempfehlung des Herstellers
• Reinigung der Dampfsysteme durch das Dampfblasen der Rohrleitungen bis zum Erreichen der Dampfreinheit nach VGB oder der Spezifikation des Herstellers
  
• Einstellen der Regelventile Dampf-Kondensat-Kühlwasser, etc.  bis die Vorgaben der Ventilcharakteristik erreicht sind
• Funktionskontrolle der Anlagen mit Betriebsmedium, z.B. Dampf, Wasser,Luft,Öl, etc., Einstellen von Niveauregelungen, Dampfreglern, Pumpenumschaltungen, etc.
• Start der Anlagen mit Betriebsmedium
  
• Überprüfung der Laufruhe, Regelverhalten, Einhaltung der Konstruktionsvorgaben, etc. unter Betriebsbedingungen
• Probebetrieb der Anlagen inklusive Schulungen an das Betreiberpersonal
  
• Übergabe an den Endkunden

Commissioning of steam turbines and components:

• Check and adjustment of the measuring instruments including alarm- and shutdown function
• Control of the drives for example pumps, motors, turning gear, and so on
• Cleaning of the oil systems by flushing according to the grade of cleanliness ISO 4406 or according to the specification of the manufacturer
• Cleaning of the cooling water system by flushing according to the  specification of the manufacturer
• Cleaning of the condensate system by flushing according to the  specification of the manufacturer
• Cleaning of the steam system by steam blowing according to the grade of cleanliness VGB or according to the specification of the manufacturer
• Adjustment of the control valves steam-condensate-cooling water, and so on according to the valve characteristic
• Function check of the plants with operation medium,for example steam, water, compressed air, oil and so on. Adjustment of, for example level- and steam controler, pump switchover function and so on
• Start of the plants with operation medium
• Balance test of the plants, check of the controler condition and design preset in operation condition
• Testrun of the plants including operator training
  
• Handover of the plants to clients
